Dr. Rumen Kakarashev: springtime prophylaxis

April 22, 2020

Spring has come, new life has awakened in nature, and people have become fatigued, tired and afraid of contracting a coronavirus infection. A little prevention against spring fatigue and to strengthen the immune system is never a bad idea. On the contrary, it will be extremely useful for us in order to stay alive, healthy and complete.

The easiest thing is to go to the pharmacy and buy pills, but personally I prefer natural foods. If you do opt for buying health from the pharmacy, they will offer you a lot of options for combined vitamins and minerals. Look at their content, it is good that they have arginine, magnesium, selenium, zinc, iron, vitamins C, A, E, D, B6 and B12. Products containing the Cordyceps mushroom do a good job. It is an exceptional adaptogen that increases energy levels and boosts immunity.

It is important to remember that food supplements in no way replace a complete and varied diet. Every day we should eat fresh fruits and vegetables, at least 400 grams a day - spinach, nettles, dock, sorrel, salads, green onions, fresh garlic, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, parsley, oranges, lemons, tangerines, grapefruit , kiwi, strawberries, bananas, blueberries.

Combined with that, there is good effect shown from using living water, which is made with a device-activator for living water or use a bottle of hydrogen water. If we don't have enough money or don't want to buy one of these gadgets, we could make clean "living water" by Professor Neumivakin's cheap and efficient method: In the evening we put drinking water in a glass jug. We leave it to stand until the morning so that impurities settle to its bottom and the chlorine evaporates. Carefully, without shaking the jug, pour 2/3 of the water into a Jena glass container or in a saucepan as we have. Heat the water to a "cold boil" by removing it from the hob the moment it forms small bubbles before it can boil at full boil. This is the boil my wise grandmother Rada, who lived to be 90, called "not to boil with a key". It is good to drink at least one tea cup of living water in the morning on an empty stomach and at least half an hour before breakfast.

If possible, it is recommended that you start your day in the morning with a contrast shower, alternating hot and cold water - you get a toning and refreshing effect. In the case of an increased risk of infection, the intake of silver water does a good job, which thanks to the silver ions has the ability to kill microorganisms. You can also use zappers and other bioresonance therapy devices that have been developed thanks to the discoveries of Dr. Royal Raymond Rife and Dr. Hulda Clark, but they are still pricey.

In good sunny weather, walks in nature have a beneficial effect, of course, being done at a safe social distance from other people and combined with deep breathing exercises.

It is important to have a complete and varied diet, in which a sufficient amount of quality protein food is present, not to overdo the consumption of sugars and to avoid foods containing margarine, preservatives, colors, canned products and carbonated beverages. A piece of natural chocolate perfectly combines the useful with the pleasant, it leads to an increase in the level of serotonin and endorphins in the brain and thus replaces our feeling of fatigue with our feeling of happiness. Yogurt, cheese, meat, eggs, oily fish, beans, nuts, wholemeal bread are necessary for the normal functioning of the immune system.

And in addition to eating with pleasure, we should not forget to drink. But what do we drink? Of course, we will not emphasize alcohol, we must limit it. We need to drink enough clean water to avoid dehydration. Every day we should empty at least one bottle of a liter and a half or two liters of water, and if we are more thirsty we can do more. To do this, we should rather use the jug for filtering drinking water and less often resort to bottled table and mineral water. However, if we are fans of these waters and can not do without them, then at least we try to alternate them periodically and choose water with alkaline pH.

In the case of excessive body weight, we must reduce the amount of food we eat, strive for it to be of the required quality, and above all limit fatty foods, sugars and alcohol.
It is desirable to ensure at least eight hours of uninterrupted sleep at night. Moderate physical and mental activity will also help us stay in good shape to beat spring fatigue and not give in to viral infections.

Our family immunostimulant

To strengthen the immune system and against spring fatigue, this recipe my father and I came up with does a good job:
Finely chop about 50 grams of fresh garlic, green onions, carrots, apple, ginger, lemon, avocado, walnuts. Sprinkle with 10 grams of ground Himalayan salt, hot pepper, black pepper, turmeric, rosemary, cinnamon, coffee and cocoa. Add 500 ml of pure honey, natural apple cider vinegar, homemade brandy and red wine. If this mixture seems to be thicker than the one we want to drink, we add a little living water. The result is a "mess" - that's what my father calls it. It is left to stay closed in a glass bottle or in a glass jar. We do not strain it, shake it before use and drink it as nectar. It can be used from the very next day by taking one normal sip in the morning on an empty stomach.
